Festival Co-Founder and Conference Producer
Brooke co-founded America’s first international light festival with her partner, Justin Allen, to spark city-wide collaboration, create economic opportunities, and shift the image of Baltimore in the eyes of the world. In the first year, over 400,000 people attended the festival, which brought over $33.8 Million to the local community.
